Password Reset for all Mini Portable Readers and Data Collectors

We can reset password for following Devices:

THIS SERVICE WILL GIVE YOU THE PASSWORD FOR LOGIN INTO THE DEVICE; YOUR DATA WILL BE PROTEDTED. IT WILL NOT BE ERASED. (* FOR DX3 AND DX4 THERE IS NO GURANTEE FOR THE DATA CONTAINED)

Insturction on how to obtain the 12-character reset code:

In order to reset password for these portable msr reader / data collectors we need to get 12-character random reset code.

1. Connect the device to the computer via usb wire.

2. Open the portable reader software. (It have to be the correct software for the devive)

3. When requested for password, Insert the random / wrong password 7 times in a row; at the 8th time the software will generate a random code of 12-character length. (ex: >928>9=1;:41  or 5<17>0;8>966 or ;9<607448386)

4. Copy the 12- character code and email the code or imput the code into the purchase comment box.

The resetting of passtcode will take few hours to one day to compleate. We will email you the password for the device as soon as we decode them.

** 5. for dx3 and dx4 models - the device will not generate the 12-character code. these divices are reset using software; we will email the software to reset the device password to your email.
